About Kavos on the Lash

Kavos on the Lash has been designed and written by James Carson. That means he did absolutely everything, including coding and photo editing. He admits that it's been pretty ball aching at times, but he’s actually pretty pleased with what he’s created.

He sincerely hopes that you get to learn something worthwhile about Kavos, Corfu, and that you finally get to read something half decent on the Internet that’s not another three-word description of a bar in Kavos, or just a directory of Kavos hotels. However, he does believe that it’s not exactly rocket science; all you need for a successful holiday to Kavos is a few mates, and a shit load of booze. The weather kindly takes care of almost everything else, although a swimming pool helps; but the beach isn’t too bad.

James first went to Kavos with one person he knew well, and six others that he didn’t know quite so well, in late August 2007. He had a good time, but kind of regrets not trying harder with the ladies. He supposes that there’s always next time, or maybe there isn’t, seeing as he has a girlfriend now.

For all of you who really care, James is currently 23 and lives in London. He normally works as a copywriter for a search marketing agency, but he’s got a bit of a weird double life, wondering what on Earth to do in his spare time other than to build this website. Aside from getting lashed, he enjoys football, good food, and he’s not so sure what else because he’s spent too much time in his room writing this site.
